A fun concept, where you can order "All you can eat" buffet. You serve yourself with all of the delicious side dishes, and then the chefs come to your table and cuts the meat as many times as you wish (as long as you show a green sign). There are many different types of meat and sausages. Today I visited the restaurant for the second time. This time we were served in a superb manner and were never waiting for anything. You need to book a table in advance and it is usually very popular. You keep the table for 2 hours. A great experience!

The buffet offers a large choice of side dishes and the meat is good, although the Fortaleza we had could have been more tender

It's restaurant style, my love of BBQ and the restaurant staff earned this five star from us. Our experience for the first time at Brasillia was fantastic, we tried the NKK 585 (C$80per person) all you can eat 14 type of meat BBQ, ( lamb, sausages, chorizo, chicken, pork, beef...etc.) they are all delicious and lamb and its pork ribs is our favorite. they will give you a card that you can flip over for yes or stop serving (to give you a break on the flow of bbq) if you need serving of meats on your table, the chef will walk around the restaurant bringing skewers of bbq and slices it on your plate. they also have a buffet of side dishes, salads and wonderful sauces to match your BBQ. It was a great experience for us at Bergen, Norway!

We found this place looking for meat on Google…. I can say we enjoyed Brasilia and their way to serve the meat in an all you can eat style. The service is friendly and kind, the meat is really tasty and always served hot. It is a nice show to see people coming at your table with knives ( more blades) to cut your 12 different type of meat. Recommended for meat lovers. Good balance price/quality.

En Wednesday afternoon 4pm, it is full. The meat, special lam and beef are very much soft and fresh. Most of the customers are taking buffet. We also. The salad bar has full of varieties. Please see the pictures.

We had a great experience at this place, the staff was attentive and helpful. The food tastes amazing. We were a group of 8 and we were all very happy about the experience. Will probably visit this chain in other cities after this one.

What a great experience this was. Sides are served buffet-style—all of which were delicious. Clearly though, the real star of the show was the freshly roasted meats. Never in my life have I had better. The staff were the only thing more impressive than the steak. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for something exciting, delicious and memorable. Pro tips: make a reservation, come hungry and go easy on the rice. 🙏

Not generally one for making reviews but visited this evening and had to. Great food(only complaint I had was one certain cut of steak was pretty chewy), absolutely cracking service and a really good idea. Even got a free desert for our birthday.

A very nice place, maybe hard to find if you do not know about it! But interesting concept, and very good food & drinks!!! A place suitable for both social hangout with friends, work dinner or a more romantic date. Fair warning: it is alot of food you will be served! The salad bufee is always full with plance typical brasilian dishes that you need to try! All in all, and amazing place that you need to try at least once if you're in Bergen!
